What is a MEMS

      MEMS, Micro-Electro-Mechanical System, also known as microelectromechanical systems, Microsystems, micromachines, etc., refer to high-tech devices that are a few millimeters or smaller in size. High-tech devices in the size of a few millimeters or less.
